Buffalo Lake Lending is an economic arm and instrumentality of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe, a federally recognized Indian nation. Your loan is governed by Tribal and federal law, not state law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your loan no later than 5 PM CST on the next business day after approval. After this deadline, you are committed to the loan.

4. Payment Obligations

You agree to make all payments according to the schedule outlined in your loan agreement. Payments are due on the specified dates.

Late Payments

If a payment is not received by Buffalo Lake Lending 9 or more days after its due date, a delinquency fee of $15.00 will be charged. Late payments may also affect your credit score.

Early Repayment

You may pay off your loan in full at any time or make additional payments without prepayment penalties. Paying early helps you save on interest charges.

5. Fees and Charges

All fees and charges are disclosed in your loan agreement. These may include:

6. Representations and Warranties

By using our services and applying for a loan, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• You are not active duty military or a military dependent
• You reside in an eligible state
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You will use the loan funds for lawful purposes only

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buffalo Lake Lending shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Unauthorized access to your information
• Third-party claims or actions

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your loan.

Tribal Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve your dispute through direct communication, you may pursue remedies through the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe's dispute resolution process as outlined in your loan agreement.

No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

All content on Buffalo Lake Lending's website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Buffalo Lake Lending or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
